We met Ed Nagle at the Ohio Trucking Association in 2014. Since then we have had the opportunity to work with him and his team to rebuild their website and create a driver focussed message. We then went to work on the marketing and recruiting efforts. In an area of the country where transportation companies are readily available, we had our work cut out for us. Over the past 2 years we have seen Nagle Companies grow their fleet and business through consistent recruiting efforts that help prospective drivers understand that Nagle is a company that treats you like family, provides stability and competitive pay.
